Hubei Polytechnic University Visits Meidao Clothing to Expand Job Opportunities and Promote Employment
On May 5th, a team led by Min Yuanliang, the Secretary of Discipline Inspection Committee of Hubei Polytechnic University, visited Meidao Clothing Company to expand job opportunities and promote employment. The visit aimed to implement the requirements set by the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education to encourage national colleges and universities to visit enterprises and promote employment, and to broaden employment channels for graduates.
During the symposium, both sides discussed school-enterprise cooperation and talent cultivation. Huang Haiyan, Chairman of the Labor Union of the Group, suggested joint talent cultivation between schools and enterprises. Meidao could select excellent students for employment, fund their studies abroad, and then employ them upon their return. This new employment model was highly appreciated by Min Yuanliang.
Min Yuanliang emphasized that visiting enterprises and expanding jobs is an important way to promote employment channels and effective talent demand and supply. He hoped to strengthen cooperation with Meidao in more areas to deliver high-quality talent.
