On September 24th, the first electronic information enterprise and "Gold Mountain Craftsman" vocational skills competition of Kaitei District was held in the new campus of Hubei Institute of Vocational Technology. Our company's employees made great achievements, with Lv Hao from the production line of Miyima, Chen Lixia, a beauty class leader, and Tong Haiying from the sample class of Miyima being awarded the top three in the clothing production project of the competition. Lv Hao was also awarded the title of "Gold Mountain Craftsman".
The artisan competition aimed to promote the development of a knowledge-based, skill-based, and innovative workforce, and to carry forward the spirit of the model worker and craftsmanship. It provided a platform for skilled craftsmen to display their skills and discover outstanding talents among frontline workers. The spirit of craftsmanship plays a vital role in promoting high-quality economic development in the development zone. Before the competition, the company leadership attached great importance to it. The Group's General Affairs Department Minister Zhang Huawen made unified arrangements for organization and deployment, and staff participated in hands-on simulation of the competition. The company also held a pre-match mobilization meeting, inviting Zhou Qunying, the winner of the "Huangshi Craftsmen" award, to share her experience and insights with everyone.
After the competition, due to the epidemic situation, leaders from the Development Zone Human Resources and Social Security Bureau visited the company to award the winning employees. It is understood that the award-winning staff will also be included in the development zone's "five high talent pool", and receive government subsidies for highly skilled personnel for a period of three years.
